Jon Cotay is the Co-Host for Celebrate Yourself Healthy with Shea Vaughn. Cotay is Co-Founder of AKIRA Chicago, a chain of 17 clothing stores.

Emery Moorehead

Emery Moorehead, a 12-year veteran of the National Football League has a history of being a versatile football player. He received All State honors as a running back at Evanston Township High School, Evanston, Illinois and played both running back and receiver at the University of Colorado, where he captained the Big 8 Championship team, was an officer of Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity and graduated with a B.A. in communications. Drafted by the New York Giants in 1977 he played both wide receiver and fullback. After a year in Denver (1980) he concluded his 12-year career with the Chicago Bears as their starting tight end for 8 consecutive years in 1988. This long and highly successful athletic career included the Chicago Bear’s World Championship in Super Bowl XX. Emery was inducted into the Chicagoland Sports Hall of Fame in 1999.

Holle Thee Maxwell

Holle Thee Maxwell is an accomplished songwriter as well as an incredible singer. The blues superstar, Bobby “Blue” Bland covered one of her songs on his critically acclaimed album Come Fly With Me. In addition to singing soul, rock, jazz, country and blues, Holle also sings in French, German and Italian. From opera, to “Thee” blues (as she likes to call it), Holle Thee Maxwell can sing it all in a way that is distinctly “Holle.”

Comedian B. Cole

It’s a Cold world out there but comedian, actor, writer and movie producer comedian B. Cole is definitely supplying his own heat. If comedian B.Cole looks familiar it’s probably because you’ve seen him on HBO’s Def Comedy Jam, Live From L.A., and BET’s ComicView for 8 seasons. If you didn’t catch him on ComicView then maybe you caught a glimpse of him in the hit movies “Love Jones” and “Barbershop” or on stage during one of the many college tours that he’s been a part of.

Jenniffer Weigel

Jenniffer Weigel has been broadcast journalist in Chicago since 1995. Starting in radio (WLUP, WLS-AM, WGN-AM) and then moving to television (WGN-TV, WBBM-TV, WMAQ-TV) She won an Emmy Award for her on-camera reporting at CBS, and is now a columnist for the Chicago Tribune.

She has written two books: “Stay Tuned” and “I’m Spiritual, Dammit!” and is a contributor for the Tribune video team. Her one woman show “I’m Spiritual, Dammit!” had three successful runs on the Chicago stage.
