I just got assigned a new batch of interns.
I immediately sent them a calender link to set up an appointment.
Some acknowledged receipt. Some did not.
The next day I sent them a reminder.
A few days after that I gave up on them and on their school.
A week later, the interns had a check in with their school’s coordinator where they each said that they had not received the calendar link.
I was surprised and gave the coordinator the stack of replies and read receipts.
Would it be more educational to let them start the projects a week later, or to cancel all of the internships?
