CFCo is proud to announce the signing of agency of record with Advanced Foot and Ankle Specialists, a Chicago bases Independent Physician Association.
Advanced Foot and Ankle was established in 1995 by a group of independent podiatrists, who wanted to improve the way footcare was being delivered to patients.
AFA’s goals are to increase the clinical outcomes while reducing the overall costs, without sacrificing quality.
Advanced Foot and Ankle has over 250 locations throughout the Chicago metropolitan area and surrounding suburbs. AFA credentialed physicians are on staff at most major medical centers and hospitals throughout the state. AFA has been able to document increased patient accessibility satisfaction.
“AFA has been recognized as one of the 25 largest medical groups in the Chicago area by Crain’s Chicago Business.”
