Calendar Tag

Every so often, twice in the past hour, perhaps 10x per week, I get a message saying that my slots don't work for someone because the soonest one is too far out, each of the open ones works badly because of the timezone differences, or my largest slot isn't large enough for what they need.

Think about for a moment, what am I supposed to do at this point?

Start guessing about their calendar?

Nine times out of ten, to make something work, I am going to have rearranged my schedule. The logistics of that mean I am going to have to talk to someone else to free up a slot. I have no idea what will work on the requester's schedule. It's an intractable mess.

Instead, if they sent me their calendar link or at least a big set of possible times, I might be able to do something without exchanging another infinity of messages first.

The few people who do that have a much better chance of making it onto my calendar.

They are doing their part towards #.
