Joel Abrams at The Conversation has kindly shared how they create trustable articles.

She makes it sound easy, but in my own kitchen, it has proven more difficult.

Maybe the couple of steps with the asterisks are more complicated than they sound.

Maybe I need a sharper knife at the beginning. Or perhaps not read those articles on a tablet computer.
