A Support Team

Kisha Smith's journey in converting her financial services side hustle into a thriving business was featured in Business Insiders which in turn was described by Gianna Prudente on Linkedin.

In the Business Insider article, Kisha talks about recognizing the need to build a top-quality support team.

She is absolutely right and I am sure that it contributed to, and perhaps enabled her success.

Unfortunately, many founders don't have a support team. Founder Institute and other accelerators provide an initial support team that improves the probability of success.

Fleshing out the support team is on the critical path for every entrepreneur whether it is a hypergrowth-focused startup or evolving a side hustle into a full business.

I commend Kisha and encourage everywhere to follow her good example.
