I often tell founders that online multiple-choice surveys are no substitute for talking to customers. Nick Lawrence has put together a strong set of tips for talking to them about UI/UX.



When it comes to UI and , talking with users, clients, stakeholders, etc., is basically a must. You typically aren’t going to get very far unless you’re willing to bite the bullet and talk with people regularly.
