The idea of “community” isn't a new thing. But how it's being done is rapidly changing. We're still scratching the surface of what community-led growth really entails. Consumers are moving away from a product-first mentality where it takes the spotlight and is advertised as something to buy and use. Many companies however are still trying to build product-centric communities. Today, people are looking for more than just a product. Purchases are becoming more of a reflection, an extension of who we are. Companies that enable their members, to resonate and reflect back on what their communities value is the future of growth.
