OUR VOLUNTEER PROCESS
The following is the process to onboard as a volunteer in our training program.
Step 1: Initial interview over zoom
- In your initial interview we discuss your interests, you skills and some potential projects
Step 2: Initial task selection
- Based on your interests in skills, we select an initial task.
- We expect you to put an hour or two of effort into the tasks, asking clarifying questions as needed.
- When you have something you show of the task, we review that.
- It is not necessary or generally expected to complete the whole task.
- Rather to demonstrate that you have the skills that you have claimed.
Step 3: Review your work product
- Once you have done a chunk of the work, give it to us for review.
- After we review it, we can determine whether and how to proceed
