Family Proud is a noteworthy startup that helps our service men & women and their families care for each other.AFWERX awarded them a phase-2 SBIR.
A lesson for us all to learn from this is how broad a range of areas are covered by SBIR in general and AFWERX (the United States Air entrepreneurship support program) in particular. Congratulations to the Family Proud team.
I always like to see valuable work recognized.
The Air Force AFWERX program has awarded a $750k SBIR Phase II grant to Family Proud with the intention of making it simpler for Airmen and their families to care for one another.
